## B90 Holdings Selects Seasoned Executive Andrew McIver for Board Position

B90 Holdings, the digital marketing and operations firm, has bolstered its executive team by naming Andrew McIver as an Independent Director. McIver contributes extensive expertise to B90, having collaborated with numerous lucrative gaming enterprises.

McIver’s professional journey commenced at Arthur Andersen as a certified accountant before transitioning to corporate finance at Kleinwort Benson. He held the position of Non-Executive Chairman for the Italian gaming entity Planet Win/SKS365 Malta Ltd over the preceding three years, presiding over substantial EBITDA expansion. Previously, he served as the Group CEO of Jackpotjoy from mid-2016 to early 2018, where he spearheaded the company’s public listing on the London Stock Exchange and directed a strategic operational transformation.

This selection follows the recent additions of Farzad Peyman as permanent Chief Financial and M&A Development Officer and Mark Blandford, founder of Sportingbet plc, as Strategic Advisor earlier this year.

B90 Holdings, a digital marketing firm, is poised to purchase Emwys AB, a company based in Sweden that focuses on click-based advertising for internet gaming. The transaction, revealed in July with an anticipated finalization date of September 1st, 2023, assesses Emwys at roughly $4 million (€3.6 million). B90 will take ownership of Emwys without assuming debt and without an initial cash outlay, probably employing a stock-centric deal structure as outlined in their arrangement with Funko International.
