B90 Holdings has designated Andrew McIver, a veteran of the gaming sector, to its governing body. McIver’s professional journey showcases impressive achievements, featuring executive positions at renowned gaming entities like Planet Win/SKS365 Malta Ltd and Jackpotjoy. Throughout his time at Planet Win, McIver directed substantial expansion, elevating EBITDA from £25 million to £65 million. At Jackpotjoy, he spearheaded the company’s listing on the London Stock Exchange and executed pivotal operational adjustments.

This designation follows B90’s latest appointment of Farzad Peyman as their enduring Chief Financial and M&A Development Officer. Peyman contributes significant financial and M&A proficiency to the firm.

Ronny Breivik, Executive Chairman of B90, conveyed his excitement regarding these strategic additions to the group. He emphasized the abundance of knowledge and relationships that both McIver and Peyman provide. Previously this year, B90 also recruited Mark Blandford, originator of Sportingbet plc, as a strategic counsel. An internet gaming firm, B90 Holdings, will soon own Emwys AB, a company from Sweden focused on click-based marketing for digital games. The purchase, revealed in July with an anticipated finalization date of September 1, 2023, carries a price tag of €3.6 million (equivalent to $4 million) and will be completed without any monetary exchange or assumption of liabilities.
